1. Printed Materials
Eligibility for Return
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: The printed atlas must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and materials.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@hunterizer.com to initiate the return process.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, the returned atlas will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2. Digital Materials
Eligibility for Refund
- Time Frame: Refund requests for digital materials must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Digital materials must not have been downloaded or accessed. Once a download link has been used, the digital materials are non-refundable.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

- Verification: Our team will verify that the digital materials have not been downloaded or accessed.
- Refund: If the refund request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
