The regulations come in two main documents:
– The 2026 Deer, Elk, Antelope pamphlet, which includes notable updates like resident deer hunters being limited to three deer licenses per year (e.g., one general and two B licenses, or three B licenses), many mule deer B licenses restricted to private land only, and changes to over-the-counter Deer B and Elk B license purchase dates (now starting June 15).
– The 2026 Moose, Sheep, Goat, Bison pamphlet, with highlights such as unlimited bighorn sheep licenses no longer available over the counter—all unlimited applications now due by May 1.
