Artemida Publishing, Inc. (DBA “Hunterizer”)
Welcome to Hunterizer (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App on any device (iOS, Android, or web), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
Artemida Publishing, Inc. grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and use the App on a device you own or control
- Access subscription features as long as your subscription remains active
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
- Rent, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App
- Use the App for unlawful activities or misinformation regarding hunting rules
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Certain features of Hunterizer are available through auto-renewable paid subscriptions.
Subscription Terms (Apple & Google Play)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in:
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions
Prices and durations are shown in the App and may vary by region.
3. General Disclaimer
Hunterizer provides hunting-related information sourced from publicly available state and federal wildlife agency resources.
We strive for accuracy, but:
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data in the App.
- We do not provide legal advice.
- Hunting regulations change frequently — users must verify all rules and restrictions with official government sources.
You agree that you use the App at your own risk.
Artemida Publishing, Inc. is not liable for:
- Fines or penalties resulting from inaccurate or outdated data
- Misinterpretation of hunting laws or regulations
- User actions based on App content
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable hunting laws and safety rules
- Provide accurate information if the App requests optional data
- Not interfere with the App’s integrity, security, or servers
- Not misuse, automate, scrape, or copy App content
5. Location Data
Certain features require access to location data (e.g., zone detection, “Hunt Today” insights).
You may enable or disable location permissions at any time.
If enabled:
- Device location is used to provide zone-specific hunting information
- Your location may be stored on our servers only when necessary to support alerts or reminders (see Privacy Policy)
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

- Device details
- Location data (if enabled)
- Crash logs
- Usage analytics
- Voluntary information you provide
We do not sell personal data.
We store and use information only to operate and improve the App.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Map providers
- Cloud servers
- Wildlife agency APIs
- Payment processors (Apple, Google)
We are not responsible for:
- Unavailability of third-party services
- Accuracy of external data
- Issues caused by third-party systems
8. Intellectual Property
All App content — design, maps, data processing logic, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by Artemida Publishing, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce or redistribute App content without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate this EULA
- You misuse the App
- Required payments are not completed
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App ends
- You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
Active subscription payments are not refunded unless required by law or platform policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artemida Publishing, Inc. is not liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity
- Penalties or legal consequences arising from reliance on App content
The App is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA occasionally.
The most current version will always be available at:

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
